Thank you for visiting my website. This section is intended to keep you up to date with my constituency and parliamentary business.
The ‘Robert in the Region’ page is a section of the website that will inform you of my activities in the East of England. I am always looking at ways to improve my website and new ways in which I can keep my constituents informed. The ‘Robert in the Region’ section is a new initiative that I will begin posting my regional activities on shortly.
Regular visitors will know that I have been writing a monthly ‘View from Strasbourg’ since 2009. I like to provide an update from every Strasbourg plenary session so that the people of the Eastern region know which regulations the EU is considering and what legislation is being enacted. As you can imagine EU regulations and legislation hardly makes for a fascinating read so I try to do this in an informative yet light hearted manner so as not to discourage people reading it.
